Return & Refund Policy – SARTEO

At SARTEO, we strive to deliver premium-quality glassware and lifestyle products with secure packaging and reliable delivery. Since our products are fragile, we follow a strict and transparent return and refund policy.

Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refund Policy

SARTEO follows a strict NO REFUND policy.

Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:

  • A wrong product has been delivered

  • The product received is completely different from what was ordered

  • The product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery

In all other situations, refunds will not be provided.


2. Return Policy – 7 Days Only

Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.

You can request a return only if:

  • The product is damaged or broken

  • A wrong product has been delivered

  • The product is defective at the time of delivery

👉 After 7 days from delivery, no return request will be accepted under any circumstances.


3. Mandatory Proof for Claims

For any return or refund request, the customer must provide:

  • Clear images of the product

  • A proper unboxing video

  • Video of the package being opened from start to finish

Important Conditions:

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

  • Without a proper unboxing video, no claim will be accepted for damage, breakage, or wrong product.

4. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Email us at sarteo.shop@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear product images

  • Unboxing video

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.
If approved, further instructions for return or replacement will be provided.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of wrong or damaged products.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

  • If exchange is not possible, a refund may be processed as per eligibility.


6. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Used or washed products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Minor color or design variations

  • Sale or discounted items


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.


8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping (if applicable) may be borne by the customer unless the mistake is from SARTEO’s side.


9. Final Decision

All return and refund approvals are subject to verification by the SARTEO team.
SARTEO reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
