For improved temperature retention, pre-condition the bottle with hot water before filling it with a hot beverage or cold water before adding a cold beverage.

3. Mandatory Proof for Claims

The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.
Without a proper unboxing video, no claim will be accepted for damage, breakage, or wrong product.

4. How to Raise a Return Request
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.
If approved, further instructions for return or replacement will be provided.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only in case of wrong or damaged products.

If exchange is not possible, a refund may be processed as per eligibility.
6. Non-Returnable Cases
